Please join us for the 32nd Annual Fellowship of Christian Farmers Conference in Kalamazoo, Michigan Tuesday, July 22 to July 25, 2025. Keynote speaker, Phil Durst. Worship led by Anna Joy Tucker. Side trips include: Bodtke's Blueberry Farm, Tillers International, Kalamazoo Air Zoo.
This year we will celebrate FCFI's 40th Anniversary, so look forward to surprises throughout the event.
Keynote Speaker:
Phil Durst is a field-based Educator with Michigan State University Extension with more than 35 years of experience working with farmers. He is committed to serve God not only in the church but in his role as an Extension Educator. He works statewide focusing on dairy and beef cattle health and production. Professionally, he is involved in projects to improve prevention of H5N1, Bovine Leukemia Virus, Bovine Tuberculosis and mastitis and to examine antibiotic use on farms. He has travelled internationally to speak about dairy in China, Ukraine, Israel and Armenia. Durst has also led mission trips to speak of Christ in Panama, Ukraine, Dominican Republic, Brazil and most recently to India. There he taught a series of six lessons on Biblical leadership for Christian leaders. For years, he was involved in jail ministry locally. Durst served 2024-2025 as the President of Joint Council of Extension Professionals, the national organization that encompasses all Extension professionals.
